  14. 0)  The various menus and displays sport improved graphics.

  16. 1)  It is now possible to study the game answers before playing.
  17. When starting a game, instead of selecting "GO", select "???".  
  18. After the help text is displayed, the game map with answers is
  19. displayed.  Then the game begins.

  21. 2)  A "QUIT" button now makes it possible to exit a game before
  22. completion.

  24. 3)  We now accept VISA and Mastercard.

  26. 4)  Software can now be e-mailed to you by request.  CompuServe and
  27. America On Line users receive binary files (.exe), Internet addresses
  28. receive binhex files (.hqx) for MAC and uuencoded files (.uue) 
  29. for WIN/DOS.

  32. The "Europe!" software package is a fun and colorful way to become fluent
  33. in basic European geography.  It is effective for both children and adults.
  34.  
  35. "Europe!" requires a 100% compatible IBM computer, DOS 3.0 or
  36. later, 640 Kb of RAM, a VGA monitor, and a mouse.  It takes a little over
  37. 300 Kb of hard drive space, but you can also run it directly from a floppy 
  38. drive if desired.

  40. The "Europe!" software package may freely be copied or sold, by anyone, 
  41. to anyone, any number of times, to or from any machine or disk, for any 
  42. reason.  Please pass it along to friends, local schools, or others who 
  43. can benefit from its use.  Please provide this latest version of "Europe!"
  44. to others that may have an older version.  You may not reverse engineer, 
  45. decompile or disassemble this software.

  47. Although the "Europe!" software package is a complete product in itself,
  48. it also serves as level 1 of the "Around the World!" software package.
  49. Further information on this software is available by selecting "info"
  50. when you exit the "Europe!" game package.  If you do not wish to see this
  51. information, simply select "exit" at that time.

  53. To run "Europe!", simply type "europe" from the disk/directory where
  54. europe.exe has been copied.

  56. This software package contains four European geography quiz games:
  57.  
  58.     1)  countries,
  59.     2)  capitals,
  60.     3)  exports,
  61.     4)  major geographical features.
  62.  
  63. The software contains on line help:  select the ??? icon wherever
  64. it appears.
  65.  
  66. The software will not run without a mouse.  A DOS mouse driver must be
  67. installed (typically c:\mouse\mouse.com), regardless of mouse set ups
  68. in systems such as Windows.
  69.  
  70. Torpedo Software will send you a copy of "Around the World!" with your
  71. registration of "Europe!".  The cost is $15, or the equivalent in your
  72. currency.  See the "INFO" section when you exit "Europe!" for payment
  73. instructions, and for ordering information for countries outside the USA.
  74. You can use the file "order.txt" to order the software if you wish.  
  75. Please note that "Around the World!" is not shareware, but copyrighted 
  76. software.

  79. Australia, and in homes all over the world.
